The 80 Reserve

We’ve had a great experience living at The 80 Reserve. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels like home. Ms. Dani, the manager, is amazing—very professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever we need something. Maintenance Mario also deserves praise; he’s quick to respond, respectful, and does excellent work. We truly appreciate how well the staff takes care of residents. Highly recommend this apartment community.

Moved here about 3 months ago. This is my first time living in an apartment so I didn’t know what to expect but I am more than satisfied living here. It’s so quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Dani, the office manager, is great and always helpful. Maintenance man is also great and always kind.

It has been a pleasure for me to call the 80 Reserve home for the past 2 years. It is a pleasant complex with friendly neighbors, nice amenities, and just overall enjoyable environment. Danae in the front office is always has a nice attitude and understanding if any issues arrive. If you are looking for a new apartment complex to stay come stop and check out The 80 Reserve.

The 80 Reserve have been home for the last 7 years. I have been here through so many owners and management team but none of them compare to Dani and Mario (maintenance manager)! They have such amazing people and have been there for us no matter what! Dani has been there to listen to me personally and has even taken care of my dog for me when I needed to have major surgery and didn’t have anyone to watch him for a couple of days. What kind of leasing manager does that? None that I know of. That’s why it is so hard to leave this place in a couple of months because of my job being an hour away. If I could move the apartment complex along with Dani and Mario I most definitely would!! As long as these two are here these apartments will flourish and be amazing to live in! If I am ever moved back

This place is great! Very quiet and clean community. Management is amazing, Dani! Mario, the maintenance man is super! They solve any issues immediately.
