My first place is excellent!! Through the entire process Melissa was great, we did every interact online due to COVID but everything was flawless. The prices and location are great and the staff very friendly and new to the complex but they came in with a bang. The neighbors are somewhat friendly (I'm new so I get it) and the complex is very quite...ALL DAY!! I only had one complaint and that was parking but in apartment complex without assigned parking this is common; however, a month later it issue cleared up and the staff started towing non-operating vehicles (GREAT MOVE!!). I like having Rent payment and Maintenance request online...they also have walk-in payments at Wal-Mart, you can even text the office staff. Was living here for more than two years and finally decided to leave since a lot of water leaking from upstairs. Can you image pipe leaking from upstairs for three times in three months? It’s a VERY OLD apartment and a lot of plumbing needs to be renewed or fixed. They have been spent time to modified outside appearance. They didn’t care about your stuff when flooding and that’s the reason why I decided to leave this place. A lot of inconvenience when the repair team to come in your unit again and again. A good management team should care about their tenant and try to fix problem at the first timing and ensure all problem got fixed.

Where do I even start? Been living here almost a year & it’s been endless issues. During the walkthrough, my door was jammed shut so we couldn’t even tour the property that day. Upon moving in, the window was broken. They said they’d have it fixed asap. Mind you I moved here late fall. My kids & I went the entire WINTER with a broken window. Soon after that my washer wasn’t working correctly, maintenance came, & of course it started acting right that day. Then my toilet was leaking into our downstairs neighbor’s apartment. They claim it was baby wipes. Charged us $200, but my neighbors said they had this problem before. Anyway, then my washer stopped working again. They came to fix that and said it was a bad motor. I absolutely love living here at Villas at the Vineyard. I will be going into my tenth year here. Management is great and they treat everyone with respect. Maintenance worker are respectful and try their best to take care of service needs in a timely manner. I have a good community of neighbors and the best pets I get to everyday. No place is perfect but living here is perfect for me.
