Jessica was the sweetest person ever! She took my phone call although she had no availability and was able to help guide me to other options, which is something most people won’t do. She listened to my situation, was super caring and helped me to find options to a solution. She truly is a great person and cares about her job and people. Thank You Jessica for your kindness!

It's so quite and peaceful. everyone from the staff to the people living around us is so kind. It's nice to live somewhere when you come home everyday to people waving and smiling. The units are just perfect and there is a little playground for the kids to play. This place is a hidden gem super thankful for the staff and community at Villas at Cove Crossing.

This place is amazing! Its safe for my child to play and i love that there are plenty of kids in the neighborhood. It's pretty relaxing community. All of my neighbors keep an eye out for the kids and are pretty quiet as well.

Ok place to live but management is unprofessional. They never answer the phone and when they finally do they give you the runaround. I’ve moved out at the end of my lease and left the place cleaner than they gave it to me so why is it going on 5 months I have yet to get my deposit back. I’ve called even gone to the office and new “management” claim they will fix it(that was weeks ago). People work hard for their money they should get it back. Have it been me I would of been place under collection by now so why won’t they give me back my deposit

I came in looking for an apartment and the Community manager Jazmine was very helpful, even though they had no units available she did refer me to there management website to check out other communities within there management company. This property is very well kept.
