Aventine at Lantana

We visited the facility with a family member who is interested in senior living options. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff members. We had a comprehensive discussion about the community's offerings, during which we felt no pressure, and everyone was very accommodating. We took a guided tour of the community and observed that the residents appeared happy and satisfied, which helped make our senior family member feel comfortable. All of our questions were addressed satisfactorily, and we left our initial visit very pleased with the experience.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They are liars, thieves, they sell "bait and switch" they pi ture everything so nice they are super friendly and helpful and as soon as you move in here is when the nightmare begins DO NOT EVER SIGN IN TO THEIR PORTAL they will steal yor rent money they did it to mr the twice in one year I had to take them to court got what I wanted and they still sent me 199 IRS form for the money they paid for the lawsuit as of I was working as a freelancer what a disgrace they are the worst of the worst FO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR DO NOT RENT HERE PLEEEAAASSSEE

It was agreed upon and settled in writing as far as our vacating and receiving our monies back. We have pictures and videos upon moving to this unit and moving out. It was filthy and moldy, I suffered from mold exposure and hot treated, cockroaches in my kitchen, broken dangerous wood porch. So we never had a valid lease even though they collected money from my credit card and cashier's checks and/or money orders. I am under 55 and this is a 55+ community as well as Assisted Living combined. That's Aventine Meridian for the assisted. I'm moving forward legally after consulting with an attorney but it should never get to this point. It is quite obvious in black and white that they stole and broke the law and other real estate management laws according to the Department of Agriculture. Most

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent community and the apartments look very nice.

Husband and I just moved in...the staff sahara , the manager, Jordan the maintenance guy has been extremely helpful with our bathroom but we need to move ( not their fault).I know they will take care of us for the inconvenience
