Villages of Park DuValle

I noticed there are a few good review for this medical center. Perhaps things have been updated in the wrong direction. Usually if I have nothing good to say I keep it to myself. Going to the doctor is stressful and the staff at this location make it worse. The receptionist have little patience and are rude. The scheduling coordinator are difficult to get a hold of. The automated phone line is a race track where no one wants to help. The supervisors need are stressed and want to rush you out. We have been coming to this medical center for a long time but we will be seeking for a new office. I do not recommend this office for anyone.

I had to take my kids to pediatrics. We've never had a bad experience staff is Super Amazing.. The facility is Awsome Great place for Adults & Kids. Not to mention the greeters at the entrance providing mask & sanitizer great JoB. Highly Recommended plus they have a mobile Kroger shopping market rite in the parking lot wow..👌🏾👍🏿
