Village Townhomes

Love how it is a gated community! Getting into the parking lot is gated-getting into the townhouses is gated-SAFE!! Grounds is kept nice and clean. If you need anything, Sam the manager onsite takes care of it immediately👍 Hope to be here for awhile =)

I recently dealt with Samantha and viewed an apartment at Village Townhomes. she was extremely nice and started the application process, but had to put it on hold due to life circumstances that came up. I followed up with her twice this week to wrap up the process and talked with her on the phone today and she was EXTREMELY rude and kept taking over me in our conversation when I was just trying to get clarification some things. I really liked the apartment and was hopeful to move forward, so this is very disappointing, but I guess it’s for the best. I don’t want an unpredictable apartment manager.

The new complex manager we currently have is amazing, she’s very sweet. The old manager was super rude but she’s not there anymore. I’ve lived here for a little over few years and it’s very quiet and peaceful, has a nice pool and good walking distances to grocery stores :)

Lived here way back from the late 90's hope everything is the same as I would remember great place to live if you're starting a family
