Beachfronter

The Beachfronter is a gem. Management and maintenance crew have been wonderful. The apartments are older but so comfy. The trees and grounds are well kept. Neighbors are beyond friendly. And then there’s the gorgeous beach and walkability to the best shops and food in Ventura. And everything going on at the Fairgrounds! Update: The Beachfronter underwent a facelift. New paint, new railings, new secure gates. A peaceful, well kept property with excellent management and maintenance staff.

Beachfronter is an incredible place to call home. I've had the privilege of calling this place home for a few years now. The view is incredible- beachfront views, grounds maintained and clean, everyone has the cutest balcony decor- I feel like I’m on vacation at a tropical hotel .. so blessed! The tenants all are very friendly. So many of them have lived here for years -this is the type of place you don’t ever want to leave. The manager Shari is very sweet- and on top of getting things done. Service requests are handled and responded to quick. Adrian handles most service requests and he is very easygoing the kind of person that I feel comfortable with being in my home to fix something. The pool has the best view of the ocean and promenade. We love living at Beachfronter. It’s a special community curated by an amazing manager, Shari. When we first looked at the property, she could sense the stress we were under after having to leave an apartment with terrible management. She patiently walked us through the process of choosing the best apartment for our needs. Adrian, assists with the grounds and repairs, and is also wonderful like Shari. Everything in our apartment works perfectly and the grounds are well-kept and beautiful. The only unfortunate part is that we heard that Shari is leaving Beachfronter. A good manager is priceless and can make all the difference in deciding to stay long-term or not. We hope the new manager will be at least half as good as Shari. She’s a gem and we’re going to miss her!

We needed our refrigerator replaced on a Saturday. It was taken care of immediately. Adrianne is a superior Maintenance person and always takes such great pride and care in his work. Great Customer Service all around!

Shari Cooley is an amazing manager! We were looking at a few different places and knowing she was here helped us decide to take the apartment. She’s a brilliant woman - smart, empathetic, efficient, and really listens which is a rare trait these days. She fights for the best conditions possible for the entire community and has made Beachfronter an exceptional place to live. Everyone here is going to miss her dearly!
