Village Park Apartments LLC

Lived here for a short term lease of 6 months. Management is fantastic and takes good care of any issues you may have. Maintenance is also quick in response to problems in the apartment. Apartments are nice size and are a great price. My only issue is that the laundry facility closes at 9 pm so when I worked third shift and slept through the day I couldn't do my laundry at night. But besides that had a great living experience here.

My family & I were tenants for 2.5 years & we enjoyed our stay. Though it’s a lot of other small apartment complexes around, everyone was respectful of the property, the grounds keeper kept the area clean of debris and the neighborhood was quiet. The only concern was how long it took for maintenance to fix things around our townhome. Besides that everyone had great attitudes, maintained their professionalism and were super nice. I forgot the maintenance guys name but he had curly hair & always kept it in a back ponytail-he’s super cool! Really liked how he kept me informed with everything (why it was taking so long to get things fixed, parts ordered, etc), so that was great. The 2 bedroom apartments are big with ample closet space. Office staff is always very polite and respectful. Maintenance is super quick to respond to any issues. Also, very close to shopping and Watterson Expressway.

I have been a resident here for the past 5 years and I can say with my own experience this is a Haven for those seeking it! Anita and all of the maintenance team are very professional and very courteous to every individuals own situation. If you're looking for a great place to live come check it out! Respectfully, ~ L.A. I've lived here for 5years and love it!! I'll be moving into a house soon which is the only reason I'm leaving. I've had nothing but the best in experience when it comes to the maintenance team they are always on the ball. The office manager Anita was all that! Any questions I had and concerns I had she reassured me everytime I will truly miss village park apartments and all the memories I've created here 💓
