Village of Rivermoor

I recently moved here three months ago and had a couple of things go wrong. The maintenance team was great; they were fast, responsive, and got everything fixed promptly. Ed and Art, I think their names are, were excellent. They explained everything to my girlfriend, which was really helpful. Thank you again!

Moved into our unit in March havent had a working AC unit for 3 months causing electric bill to be almost 400 for a small 1 bedroom The washer has leaked 3 times ruining out personal belongings each time There needs to be better maintenance to keep up with the old buildings Railings and steps leading to 2nd floor are broken causing a hazard

Do not recommend this place at all! Rent continues to skyrocket every year, for a tiny 3br we are now paying $1500... The HVAC systems are SHOT and CLOGGED beyond function, leading to ASTRONOMICAL electric bills in the summer and winter (regularly over $300, this summer shot up over $400/MONTH!!! That is INSANE! PPL loves this place!!!) edit: our house got up to EIGHTY degrees last night with my pregnant wife trying to sleep. Couldn't. (Picture attached) Maintainance says everything is working correctly as it's ALREADY up to 76 in here. This is UNINHABITABLE!!! Oh also plan to randomly be woken up before 8am one random day each week by the obnoxious landscaping crew that's in 2 hours before the office opens and stays until well after noon Also a bit irritating that they have had roofers

It’s nice but things need updated and that doesn’t happen unless it can’t be fixed . Electric bills are very high because of the old HVAC !

Front office staff is awesome! Tina is very friendly and efficient and made our move in very easy. This complex is both family friendly, quiet, and well maintained. Our home is very spacious, with a great size patio, just enough space for our 3 kids. I would absolutely recommend Rivermoor to anyone in need of a great apartment with an even greater staff!:)
