Riverside Foundry Apartments

When I moved in I was told the cleaning crew needed more time, so I shouldn’t come until later that evening. There was no cleaning crew. I was told some baseboards needed to be fixed and the upstairs vanity needed to be reordered. Tons of tools, paint, and materials were left in my place for a week with no one to contact or schedule an appointment. It’s been almost two months now. I don’t have electrical covers on my outlets, the vanity still isn’t replaced, there is a water heater that was left in my basement, random ventilation, the doors don’t shut, and management will take forever to get back to you. They only have one maintenance man, and his standards are low. The back deck is falling apart. Not to mention the water sanitation level is horrible. Please save yourself the trouble. Red

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a month so far, and we love it! The apartment is spacious and was very clean on move in day. We especially love the kitchen island and having our own in unit laundry. The town itself is quaint and adorable, and everyone we’ve met has been super friendly and down to earth! We’re pumped for summer as we cannot wait to explore the river trails! Hannah and Tammy are super knowledgeable and kind, and working with them has been very easy. They’re dependable and honest and Hannah especially is my go to for any question or concern. She handles all questions/requests quickly and with the utmost consideration. We’re so happy we’ve found an apartment complex that we adore for the place itself, but also for its management team!

My wife and I have lived here since spring 2021. We absolutely love it here and the town is quaint and friendly. The best local attraction is McCleary’s Pub which is a brisk walk down the street. Also the river trail is beautiful, especially in the summer. The river is also accessible at multiple points on the trail. The current property managers, Tammy and Hannah, have always been very responsive to our needs and are easy to get ahold of for maintenance requests. We have always had a good experience with the leasing office. The atmosphere is clean, and the interior is up to date with central air and granite countertops. Overall, Riverside Foundry is a dependable apartment complex in Marietta. My partner and I have lived in a 2 bedroom unit for 7 months, and we've had a good experience here. Hannah and Tammy are excellent property managers. They have always been responsive and clear communicators. The units are sturdy and modern, and they conseal sound well - I've never heard my neighbors through the walls. The location is right next to the River Trail, providing lovely outdoor space nearby. Something to be mindful of is that the apartments are next to active train tracks. The noise has not bothered us, but it's something to consider when moving here. I have lived at Riverside Foundry since May of 2024. I have enjoyed my living experience here for these past 1.5 years. The places are wonderful, it’s a good community, and both Hannah and Tammy have been great helps to me whenever I have needed it. A great place to live
