Village Green of Schaumburg

We stayed at Village Green of Schaumburg for the past 7 months. The community is very welcoming, and respectful of each other. The layout of the apartments is really nice, with pretty landscaping as well. The apartment we rented, which had just been renovated, was pristine. The staff -Patrica, Jackie and Eugene and others were so nice. They were always friendly and happy to help. They truly care about the community and it shows in their daily work. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to live.

I lived at Village Green for three years and can confidently give this apartment complex a well-deserved 5-star review. The apartments are beautiful, with modern, reliable appliances and a property that’s impeccably maintained. The real standout, though, is Jackie, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. When unforeseen personal circumstances forced us to sublease our apartment, Jackie made the process seamless and stress-free. Her understanding and accommodating approach allowed my family to smoothly transition the lease to another family, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her compassion and professionalism. The maintenance team also deserves high praise—friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve any issue, often on the same day. Village Green

Passive is the only word I can use for this place. Technicians seem clueless, management is incompetent, and they only butter you up when rolling out a new project. The application process is a joke—they let practically anyone in. There’s also an odd resident who spends time sitting on the steps talking to her cat. Can’t wait for my lease to be over.

I am a new resident and only moved in on September 26, 2023. So far, the results and experiences from the apartment complex have exceeded my expectations. Everything is very nice, clean, modern, comfortable, and I especially want to emphasize and thank the staff (especially Tori) - all communication with me was extremely correct, friendly, professional and in supportive manner. The carpet was in bad shape from previous tenants, but management replaced it the next day after we mentioned it. Super fast and helpful—really appreciated!
