Village East Apartments

DO NOT LET THE EXTERIOR FOOL YOU ! ! This place is not the safest and not very clean. Lots of homeless people walking around and living out of the storage units ( management doesn't care )under the car ports in the laundry rooms. There wannabe security company doesn't do shit they show up drive fast thru the parking lot and leave. They are always shutting off the water every week for constant repairs. No Insulation in the building windows freeze over winter time.

This place is not the safest and not very clean. People are loud at night and on weekends and lots of homeless people walking around. Have noticed lately that there’s cops here just hanging out on the weekends at night Can’t wait till our lease ends. People be smoking pot and you can’t keep your windows open without smelling that nasty stuff. They are always shutting off the water every week/every other week saying for repairs like fr?? Smh

I just recently moved to Colorado Springs from Indiana and am leasing my apartment in Village East. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience has been here. The apartments are cute, cozy, and spacious. Madisson and Heather who work in the office are incredibly kind, personable, and quick to respond to my questions/requests for maintenance. They’ve made living in Village East a pleasant experience, for which I am incredibly grateful!

A little about me, I have lived here since April 2024, I moved in blindly from California, my experience since my move-in has been amazing. I was able to maintain communication with Maddison states away, and she ensured everything was as smooth as possible. Upon arrival, the apartment looked just as it did in the pictures that I was sent. It is far more spacious than what I’m used to. Paperwork was a smooth and easy process. So far, I am satisfied and comfortable, and I recently renewed my lease to March 2026. I have a 1BD/1BTH. I've had a fantastic experience living here. The move-in offers are great, and the on-site staff is truly exceptional. I loved living here - amazing staff. Take care of you and they make the at home stuff easy. Great all around, clean, looks, people, location, etc. This is like the best mid apartment I've ever had. Corporate is charging too much but that's everywhere because they all think their hot s*** and it won't be coming back around on all of them one day. Anyways - great place, great staff including and perhaps even highlighting the property manager (very respectful, engaging and by the book) - district and regional can suck eggs like every other price gauging POS - but it is better priced than most.
