I have lived here for a few weeks now and have had such a great experience. Yes, it is brand new, but it feels like a place where residents are genuinely cared for. From the first time I called the office when I was still looking, I was assisted by both Zara and Alex who truly go above and beyond. Zara is so warm and professional and quick to help with any questions I had. Alex is just as amazing and attentive. Honestly their professionalism and positive attitudes made a huge difference in my decision, and set the community apart for me. The whole staff is approachable and clearly take pride in what they do. Moving isn’t an easy experience obviously, but they have made the whole process enjoyable. The cabanas in the pool are also a huge plus!

I’ve had a great experience at Village on Montclair so far. Nicole and Zara made my tour and move-in process smooth and stress-free. This is a brand-new apartment community and it’s conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. At first, I was worried it might be noisy or feel unsafe because of the location. However, after living here for a little over a week, I can honestly say I feel comfortable and safe. The staff is professional and does a great job taking care of both residents and the property—everything feels well managed and looked after.
