Lexington Townhomes

I love living at the Lexington Townhomes. I feel safe and secure due to it being a gated community. Parking is organized and can rely on always having my 2 reserved parking spots available. The community is kept clean, in addition to the BBQ area that is readily available to grill meals on. The dog park is an added bonus!

I had an excellent experience during my apartment tour with Serena! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. She made sure I had all the information I needed about the property and the amenities, and she was patient as I took my time to look around. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made the entire tour enjoyable. I left feeling excited about the apartment and confident in my decision-making process. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with her if you’re in the area!

I filled out an application last summer (May) with my family at the Lexington Apartments. We waited three weeks for our application to be processed. After contacting the office directly-they had told us the apartment was given to another applicant. I’m not sure how it’s possible to pay a holding deposit and the apartment be given to another applicant but unfortunately, we had to cancel our application. We then awaited for our refund but after two months (60 days) with no sign of a refund I was forced to report fraud to my bank. It was after I reported the matter-that they came around to addressing it. I would not recommend applying to this community.

I have lived here for three years. The biggest issue I had was that the master bedroom leaked for the first two years I was here with one attempt to fix the leak. After the start of the third year all the roofs in the complex were fixed/being fixed. They are still in the process of getting this done. The complex just went through a change in property management. Maintenance is good. Always has a fix for the issue at hand and always in a timely manner. In office staff are friendly and always willing to address questions and concerns anyone may have. Management on the other hand is none of those things. Extremely unprofessional and never reachable. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response from a message I left for her. Policy changes have occurred from the start, I guess that is to be

The manager is really nice and always handles our needs asap. The pool and common areas are kept clean for everyone’s use. I would recommend anyone to Lexington Townhomes.
