Village at Caldwell Mill

A manager called me yesterday to follow up on my 1 star review. I changed it because they are working on the issues I had. I appreciate this and I do like it here. The maintenance guy put in a new microwave in today. I will say he is a great guy. I want to mention the sweetheart that worked on the paint off the floors yesterday. She was so sweet. I will add the guys are GREAT!!! The respond so fast!!!!!

Village at Caldwell Mill is the best! Mauricio in the office is always so helpful and the maintenance team is extremely dependable. I love how quiet it is here and my neighbors are all so friendly! Cannot recommend this place enough, you'll love living here!

My parents moved into building 2875 in the '90s when they first moved to Birmingham. I have so many memories of our time in that apartment. My wife & I moved into building 2875 in 2021, when we moved to Birmingham together. And now we have so many great memories from our first few years of marriage, in the same place. The Village is a great location; we loved the area. The apartments are pretty, multiple neighbors turned into friends, we never had noise issues, we loved our 2b/2b floor plan. Every apartment & complex has its quirks, pros, & cons. Overall, we were fans. Joseph at Arlington Props was a huge help when we moved in. Cayce was a massive help when we finally moved out, & Travis (and the whole maintenance team) were all-stars. Quick to help, very friendly, & never made us feel l

I was absolutely infatuated with living at the Village at Caldwell Mill Apartments. It's a wonderful place to reside. Living at the Village at Caldwell Mill has been an absolute joy! The Apartment is not just a place to stay. It's a home that exudes comfort and style. Also most important the management was great. Cayce and Haley always has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS 🤗

I loved living in this cozy little complex! I am a past tenant because I moved to their other property 4700 Colonnade but I loved living at The Village of Caldwell Mill! It is such a cute and quaint complex. It is great because even though I moved to 4700 I am still working with the same staff that works at The Village. I love how friendly the staff is and how convenient these complexes are! I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment at Village and it was so spacious and cozy. I still can’t believe how much storage space we had! The maintenance team was always very helpful and considerate when I had an issue.They are always looking out for what is best for the people that live there! Thank you for all that y’all do!
