Would not recommend moving here. Have had issues since week one where my car was broken into and my bf car was stolen 3 days later. Claim cameras work upon move in but when we asked to see they said only the ones on a certain side of the building work. Apparently it's normal for peoples cars to be broken into or things stolen from said cars and the people "usually don't break windows, they'll walk around and try to open doors". Nearly every neighbor who lives here has had their car broken into. 2 dead roaches found within 1 month of living here and then 3-4 water bugs found in the apartment over the next 2 months. Originally claimed all utilities besides electric were included, before move in we were then told we would be getting charged for water, trash and sewer. Was completely fine with

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years. The first year was great, under the management of Structure PMG. During the remaining time, management changed to Sullivan/Fair Grove property management and things have severely gone down hill. There is a break-in or theft here almost every week. The complex is gated and there appear to be security cameras but nothing is being done.

Very cute tiny apartments. Secluded from the big city. I stayed on the corner apt, I didn't even know I was on the corner until I woke up and looked outside. Couldn't hear a thing. Slept great.

Having a “water bug” issue when it’s roaches. Had them since day one. Car broken into and stolen.
