Fountain Park Apartments

My family & I have been here for 4 years. Lots of car brake ins for a while we had 3-4 cars brake ins every week. Company can care less they said they are not responsible! No cámaras no front gate. Homeless people come in as they please. A while back a criminal who had stole a car made it inside the property he had a Weapon police came and took care of situation. Property needs upgrades rent is going up but no updates are being done! Alejandra and Oscar’s are both good unfortunately there’s not a lot they can do. Just this week a guy broke in into the laundry room.

I've lived in this apartment for 2 years and am leaving due to personal reasons. The neighborhood has always been quiet, the facilities are well-maintained, and it’s amazing and great that there has been absolutely no smell of cigarettes or marijuana. In other apartments I lived in before this apartment, smells from bathrooms would come up through the ventilation, so I had to live with an air purifier on, but here, it’s been so pleasant living without such smells for 2 years. Alejandra and her team provided dedicated consultation and managed the apartment well. I've lived well here, thank you Alejandra and team. 이 아파트에 2년 살다가 개인적인 사정으로 떠납니다. 동네가 밤이나 낮이나 정말 조용하고, 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 시설 그리고 담배나 마리화나 냄새가 전혀 안 나는게 너무 신기하고 좋았습니다. 이전에 살았던 미국의 아파트들은 화장실 환기구로부터 다른 집의 담배나 마리화나 냄새가 올라오곤 해서 공기청정기를 켜놓고 살았는데,
