The only person I would trust with my home inspections in the Tampa area. I attended the inspection with him for a home I put an offer in and saying Cory was thorough is an understatement! He did not leave one outlet untested, one window unopened, crawled in every attic, crawl space during the July Tampa heat! Cory was amazing to work with! Our house went under contract Saturday evening and he called me the next morning to schedule and explain the process! He had a cancellation, got us in first thing Monday morning! His reports were extremely thorough. When I say that he was so meticulous in his inspection, he caught things that my husband and I never even thought to look for! Not only was he thorough, but his prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the level of detail and energy he put into the inspections.
