Albany Apartment - I've been living here for about a month or so. I don't really have any complaints. Shelby (Property Manager / Realtor) is very nice and her responses are always very quick. If you have maintenance request, they will come when you're not home, if you don't want that must verify not to. They are very quick in helping whatever you need. It's a great location to live in, walking distance/drive to several restaurants and super market(s). Bayshore Blvd. is less than five minutes(driving) away. Apartments have many windows, the natural lighting is really nice, but make sure fully closed @ night people can see in if not. Weekends can get kinda loud, but doesn't bother me since I choose to live in a 'popular' area for nightlife/entertainment. Parking is the only downfall, not a h

I was overly pleased with how well Shelby was able to work with me on finding a property. The process was wonderfully smooth and pain free. I was surprised that we were able to get a place we liked at the time we wanted because properties in Tampa move so fast. From the time I saw the property up to signing the lease, Shelby was very professional, kind, helpful, and reliable. It was hard to find a rental, but not with this management company and definitely thanks to Shelby!

My experience with Versaggi Properties was incredibly positive. They were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the three years I lived at 511 S. Westland. The apartment building and unit are beautiful and always immaculate. Management and the maintenance crew were professional and always responded promptly. I highly recommend renting from Versaggi Properties, you won’t regret it!

The property management company is fine I guess, however the real issue is just this building. I have not known peace since I moved into the 511 S Westland property. Every thursday-saturday night I am constantly woken up by drunk people stumbling around the property, throwing up in the walkway, or standing in the parking lot yelling about their car getting towed. Honestly double paned windows would probably help most of these issues. So I can't sleep during the night and forget about trying to take a nap during the day, the carwash business ran out of the parking lot is blasting music during the day or you have neighbors who are inconsiderate and take phone calls directly outside of your windows. If you value your rest or your sanity I would highly recommend living anywhere else.

i’m only giving this two stars because their properties are located in very good areas of Hyde Park. Safe neighborhoods and great access to restaurants bars, etc. Aside from that, for the money that you are paying, they do not take care of their properties. The landscaping is always overgrown, they don’t replace the mulch. Simple things like this that could make the complex just looks so much better. The maintenance is on property every single day and they can’t do simple things like remove trash or foreign items off the property. Even minuscule things like dump the cigarette butts out of the ashtrays in the common areas could make a slight difference in the appearance. In my opinion, this company just wants your rent money and doesn’t do anything to keep up with their properties, they are
