Verde at Babcock Ranch by Pulte Homes

Finding a beautiful community was just a plus when finding my home in Verde. I was able to secure my dream home with the dream view. The construction manager Fabio has been a huge help in the understanding and development of the property and always willing to go above and beyond within the process. Kevin is my customer rep and was very thorough in the process to come if and when I needed help him. I love the long standing help and guide along with a solid and loving home. We are so happy to be HOME! Highly recommend!!

In 2023 we decided to move to Babcock Ranch. In April 2024 we decided on the Verde neighborhood, chose our floor plan & upgrades by November of 2024 we closed on our brand new home. We love living here (both BR and Verde) and are incredibly happy with the quality of the home we built, inside and out!

Although a huge national chain Pulte has a gem here at Verde. From truly the best salesman "Tim" to " Kevin" our Pulte warranty guy it's been a great experience from purchase to living in our home for a year. A great team to work with. Adam our construction manager was truly the best as well updates like clock work and more every two weeks.

We visited the Ranch in 2023 and spoke with all of the various builders. After several visits to Verde, we decided that Pulte was the builder and Verde was the community for us. We worked with Tim Benjamin in the sales office who helped us design the perfect home. He stayed in close contact with us in Virginia during the various stages of construction with updates. Kevin Kreft in customer care has been great assuring there were no unresolved warranty issues as we approach our first year in the home. We’ve been very satisfied with the Pulte team and our forever home in the Verde community. Verde is a must see if you are planning a move to Babcock Ranch.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience working with both Pulte and Tim Benjamin, Sales Consultant, of Verde. Our expectations have been far exceeded since moving in September, 2024 and we truly could not be more happy with our decision to purchase not only our home but this community. Tim, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that we landed on the perfect home.
