The Flatwoods at Babcock Ranch

We love living in The Flatwoods at Babcock Ranch! Our home is beautiful and newly updated-everything completed first class and the layout is perfect. We love our fenced in backyard & 2-car garage. Maintenance has been superb! The community is so nice with many lakes & good landscaping.

We checked out this neighborhood and their rentals since we plan to buy in Babcock but need to rent for a little bit first. While the staff was nice and not pushy at all, they don’t keep up on their model homes. Which begs the question, then how are the actual rentals? The model home we looked at didn’t have power to it so we had to use our phones to see certain rooms. The floor felt like it was about to come up. It just wasn’t inviting at all. An given those things and more it made me wonder how they maintained the actual rental we would end up with. Also many on the reviews on here helped make our choice as well. Babcock Ranch should get rid how whoever is managing this part and get someone in there that can do better.

The rental home itself was fine. It was decently priced and family oriented but buyer beware when you move out. However the payment system was not through the company as they outsourced and it was always a mess. One our year was up we were informed that we would receive the full security deposit back and after 3 months still waiting for the check. If you want to rent, I would look elsewhere.

I recently moved in and the neighborhood it’s beautiful. The house is beautiful but they offered $1000 gift card and I’ve been on the phone with them for several days and they keep telling me they sent it and I still haven’t received it. I called the tango Customer Care and They said there’sno record of them ever sending it. I feel like I get on the offices nerves because I keep calling them, but I plan on using a gift card to pay movers to move all my stuff so now I’m stuck bringing one load at a time in my jeep even though I recently had four broken ribs in a broken shoulder and a collapsed lung from a motorcycle accident, but hey, I’ll just keep waiting. I’m sure if I told him to check in the mail on the rent. They be bugging me every day.. I’ll definitely be posting more reviews than e

Carolina and Adriana were amazing on my initial transition to my new home. Now Maddie and Natalie are just as amazing always providing above and beyond service and followup. Maintenance staff are always making sure that requests are completed in a timely matter with such professionalism and care, thank you Patrick (also Conner). It’s a great place to call home!
