Venetian Park Apartments

I moved into this apartment complex in September 2025. There are a few positives, but overall there are a lot of ongoing issues that I wish I had known about before moving in. On my very first night here, the kitchen light and electricity went out. About three weeks later, I heard someone walking around my open patio late at night. The patios are open with no fencing or gates, which was really unsettling. I ended up buying security cameras, and they actually confirmed someone trying to access my back door. I also noticed my kitchen window screen had been removed, so I placed a camera there as well. Since then, the screen hasn’t been touched. I would honestly recommend security cameras if you move here. My rims are stolen 4 time in last 5 months and today my mail box is broken and someone stole our mail so pls look this will happen very often if u move here good luck

I prefer to stay anonymous here, but the new management "Theresa Hernandez" is more concerned about you having BBQ's on your porch and you backing into a parking spot more than the thefts, vandalisms, and trash everywhere. My vehicle was hit multiple times and I got no help from the office. There has been two cars actually stolen from their car ports, and a handful that had their wheels stolen and left on cinderblocks and again, no help. But you can and will be evicted if you reverse into your parking spot. Please stay away from here.

If I could do 0 stars I would , my rims got stolen twice within 6 months of being here. My mom’s car also got broken into. Security here does not do there job , nor is there cameras anywhere in the apartments. The staff here is rude and isn’t willing to help. If you want to get your car broken into this is the place you want to stay.

they don’t care about your car tires, or windows. their staff will open harass and humiliate you. they’ll raise the rent on you yet will not clean out the cockroach infestations or black mold. you can’t park your car a certain way but they will definitely tow it if your registration is a day late. i’ve unfortunately lived here for 4 years. it’s my mistake for staying here. if you are looking for somewhere to live, i recommend anywhere else.
