The move-in process was exceptionally fast and straightforward. Alisa White demonstrated great knowledge and provided assistance throughout, along with her team. I needed to adjust my moving date on three separate occasions due to personal circumstances, but this was handled with ease. They made the entire experience very simple for me. So far, everything has been excellent. Thank you to the Venetian Bridges Stockton team.

Had a great experience living here. Had great neighbors whom were friendly and quiet. The property management always was on site during business hours to help answer questions as well as it had an easy way to send in maintenance requests. Loved the amenities. Spend quite some time in the pool and the gym it was nice. Always very clean. On weekends it was nice that there were so many food choices near by to go to.

Thank you for the time we spent at Venetian, especially to Silvia who’s been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Her customer service is exceptional and she’s made my entire living experience with Venetian wonderful.

Our leasing agent Fatima was amazing from the get go and very thorough throughout the whole process she was happy to answer all the questions we had and she made us feel very welcomed . We appreciated her help the entire time and she worked with us to be able to make it all happen .

Venetian Bridges is attractive at first glance, but the management falls short on communication and follow-through. Rent is higher than expected because water, sewer, and trash are added on top each month. Multiple reports regarding smoke from neighbors, which created serious health risks, and dangerous fireworks in the parking lot were ignored, even with photos and video submitted. Scheduled repairs and walkthroughs were repeatedly missed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. While the property looks nice, hidden fees, inconsistent communication, and lack of timely maintenance make this a challenging place to live.
