Velo Verdae Apartments

I love living at Velo Verdae Apartments! The office staff especially Elizabeth, Chasidy, and Ava are amazing and always so helpful. Maintenance is great too. I really like that everything is included in one smart bundle, so the only bill I have to worry about is electricity. The location and amenities are a big plus. Definitely happy living here!

I recently toured Velo Verdae and had such a great experience! Elizabeth was the person who showed me around, and she was absolutely wonderful friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The community itself is beautiful and really well maintained, with a modern feel and great amenities. You can tell they care about keeping things clean and welcoming. Elizabeth made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.

They continue to nickel and dime all of their residents. Keep going up on this very anticompetitive “smart bundle” which keeps increasing in price. It literally forces you to pay for a particular internet company and for someone to take out your trash. I do not want this and you have no choice except to leave if you don’t like it. The rent you see is not the rent you pay. Surprised they have not been sued yet for their pricing practices. Someone will soon enough. If anyone at this company wants to talk about the shit show this place is becoming my lines are open. No benefits or help when re-leasing. You literally are better as a new customer. They will not work with you on your lease terms or prices. Blaming it on computer software. Maintenance team is great though.

All praises go to only one person. It's Chasidy. She truly needs to be a manager. She was truly patient and kind. We couldn't make the move without her assistance. 5 stars

I’ve been living at Velo Verdae in Greenville for a little over a year now and it’s honestly been such a good place to call home. The apartments are really nice with modern appliances, clean finishes, and plenty of space. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff. Jared, Danielle, and Elizabeth in the office are always super friendly and quick to help with anything you need, and Bobby from maintenance is great too, always shows up fast and gets things fixed right away. The amenities are a big plus too, the pool is beautiful, the gym is solid, and they even have a pet spa which my dog absolutly loves. The location is also super convenient, close to shops, food, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is perfect if you like getting outside. I’d def recommend Velo Verdae to anyone l
