Apartment itself is nice. Paying a lot for a small space but it’s the North Loop so it’s what you’d expect. It’s a good location and the pool is fun in the summer. However, even though I lived on the top floor, unless you like 5:00 a.m. wake up calls from your apartment shaking due to a boxing gym going in on the main floor, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Counting down the days until my lease is up and I can once again sleep past 5:15 a.m.

This place is not worth it. Great location but I have been to many other cheaper apartments in NL that don't have to deal with the shoddy management. This month they drafted rent out of our bank accounts twice due to a technical error. I have lived here for 6 months, and the garage door has malfunctioned and not let me in or out twice. It is constantly down for maintenance and then you have to plan your day around it and park outside. I have been locked out of my apartment at midnight due to a malfunctioning key FOB resulting from them changing management companies and received no apology. The coffee machine works ~60% of the time. Rent another place in NL.

I adore this apartment & community. My lease started sometime back in December. It instantly made coming home a lot more enjoyable especially because there is a strong community feel and sense of security. I will probably be renewing my lease if I stay in Minnesota!

I don't normally write reviews but in this case I absolutely have to. Stay FAR away from this Apartment building, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere in the North Loop--that is higher quality, building and resident wise. I have never received such poor service and accommodations from a property management team. There is Smoking in the building (Cigarette and Marijuana), liquor bottles littering the halls, constant drunken fights and parties and the staff participates in these activities with the residents--Not addressing the complaints. Extremely unprofessional for the rate that is being charged, and a mistreatment to the residents that are working professionals. *This review has been posted on behalf of a resident who wishes to not disclose their location*

The building, amenities & individual units are gorgeous, but the current management company (Pinnacle Management) is more than willing to enforce abusive practices. Example: I was charged an electricity bill (Xcel Energy) for ~15 days beyond my move-out date, and as the bill was under my name, paid the balance to avoid credit issues. I mistakenly believed the over-payment (~$30) of electricity for the now vacant studio would be reimbursed by Pinnacle Management as Xcel Energy is unable to modify issued invoices, but they refuse to acknowledge that any credit is due. The frustration is not in the $, but the fact that the company has no qualms about abusing the inherent power imbalance of landlord-tenant relationships for a few extra pennies.
