Christina Walker was our sales representative and she took such great care of us from the first time we walked in until after closing. Their entire sales team was a delight to work with. We had an appt scheduled from 10-11 to view the model home and ask questions after, upon arriving I got greeted with Coy saying we could go in a view the model home first and when we were done he’d talk to us and answer questions. After we were done viewing and went back to ask questions and Coy told us he had to get ready for his next appt because they were VIPS coming to pick lots, he answered a few questions but they were extremely short and we could tell he wanted to rush us out of there, i am upset because it wasn’t even 10:30 and our appt time was from 10-11 I asked for an updated community map because the one online is clearly outdated Tahoe is not modeled there and Fairhope is not modeled in Sterling.
