This review is specifically for the maintenance worker Ronnie. When we moved in a few months ago we were surprised to find most of the appliances were broken or not working properly. It was not an easy adjustment after moving to a new home however, Ronnie made sure to make everything in our apartment in working order. He was not only friendly and courteous but he is always helpful, professional, and cares about doing a great job. His work has made our transition in our new home go much better. And we appreciate his commitment to doing the job well and correctly. Thank you Ronnie!
I love living here! My home has always been well taken care of by maintenance - Ronnie is hands down the man! Everything I have ever had an issue with has been handle promptly and professionally. The peace of mind with 4 kids is worth every penny. No other complex has this type of care.
I lived here for five years from 2020-2025 and would strongly warn future tenants about a mandatory $295 move-out cleaning fee that is NOT disclosed anywhere in the lease agreement, which raises serious legal and transparency concerns. No matter how clean you leave the unit, you will be charged. I hired a professional cleaner and completed a move-out walk-through with the head of maintenance. When I told him I had lived there for five years, he was clearly surprised by the condition of the unit and commented on how well it had been maintained compared to what he typically sees. Despite this, I was still charged the full $295. When I questioned why this mandatory fee wasn't disclosed upon moving in I was told by the office manager a sorry excuse , " i've worked in this industry a really lo
We’ve lived here for almost a year and we’ve experienced a lot Manager turn-over, but the one who’s continually assisted us, and we’ve watched truly run all day to day operations has been the Assistant Manager Misty. We’ve repeatedly been ignored by the Managers, even when situations include reports of running water, over-flows, serious parking problems with a lack of handicap parking for all of the handicapped tenants that are being leased to, of which there are two disabled individuals in our household as well. We have truly appreciated Misty, as I know so many other residence appreciate’s as well. It would be fabulous to finally see those who work so hard here, including some of the gentlemen & women in maintenance see some recognition and appreciation by their Corporation.
Parking sucks. Everyone uses their garage for storage and there are such limited parking spots. If you have visitors they are likely to have to park in the next neighborhood. Getting a car port takes years. When we left we got charged a cleaning/damage fee even when our unit looked just like it did when we moved in and when I asked for over a month why we had gotten charge this fee and if they would send us a itemized receipt of exactly why we were charged this, Misty never replied. Wouldn’t recommended it.
