Van Dyke Apartments

Since I been living here at vandyke I have had nothing but timely mannered repairs and respect and direct & quick responses from the building manger Sam she has been a blessing… making moving in easy as well as making it comfortable to ask any questions .. I feel comfortable and safe here along with a wonderful community it’s quite and a lovely friendly building I even asked for some milk from my neighbor and they willingly said just let us know if you need anything else wonderful people. My stay here has been fun and amazing definitely recommend this complex for families as well kids get along great.

i love the property manager as she truly cares about her residents and the issue that she always do her best to resolve. when i had my own personal issues and financial issues, she has always helped me and always gave me great life advices. whatever also happened in my apartment she will always let me know and get things taken care of. she’s very understanding and helpful. the apartment itself i love too. great environment and great parking lot. nice bright lights when i come home at night to help me see as some areas in the past i use to live were very dark. i would recommend this apartment to my friends or families.

Would be 0. Run while you can. Roaches and littered garbage in every corner of this building. They refuse to release from a lease, despite the health hazards of which the list goes on. Hazardous management that will put your health at risk happily. I will be filing a lawsuit regarding any rent I pay past the date of asking to be released due to uninhabitable conditions.

Peaceful,clean community!!!! The management at Van Dyke apartments, are best! They made my moving experience easy and stress free..They responded respectfully to all my calls/text and email same day. Rent and deposit prices are great deal too. Gary McN

lived here for a year. I handed over the apartment on September 1, 2024. I handed over the apartment as it was delivered to me and I have not received my deposit of 1,200. It is incredible that I was so responsible in paying my rent on time and now you are not returning my deposit. I have left many messages and calls and the administrator does not answer my calls or messages to resolve my deposit.
