Beautiful Community. They have everything a resident could ask for! Shows, clubs/activities, courts, pool, gym, an onsite restaurant, a SPA that offers MASSAGES and facials so there’s no need to step off property for services and events.

Valencia Del Sol is a fantastic 55+ community with resort style amenities. This was one of the reasons we decided to purchase a home. Our sales person Ahmed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make things happen for us. Excited to own a house in this great community!

The lawn around the community is always stunning green enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood. We have been to this community to install Rain Gutters and do inspections many times.

Great neighborhood. Very clean well maintained. Unfortunately the 3 starts are for your gate employee ( might be security) . The young lady was very rude and disrespectful. She cursed, yelled , did many face expressions and even clapped at me. That is not a way to treat anyone going into your neighborhood. Neither the best look for your community. She mentioned that she had recently a family death which I’m very sorry about but shouldn't be taking it on other people. I would consider giving her some days off to take her mind off and grief properly. Again great neighborhood. One of the best in the area and very well maintained but please let your employee know to not treat people that way.
