The need to stop building communities just anywhere! Here the latest one they want to build near me.... That be great! Lakeside view.... This is after a heavy rainfall. If you move in make sure that it's worth it. ..... Stop building where there is no drainage and or land for it.

Our sales rep JoeLee Mansfield was great but every experience after signing the contract has been nothing but terrible. Trying to get in contact with ANYONE in the warranty department is a pain, submitting a request online is pointless because you never get an answer back. If you call the warranty department in Tampa it almost always goes to voicemail where you leave a message hoping for a call back but to no avail. If you are in the market for a new home I would look at a different builder because although the home is beautiful it is nothing but issues with this builder. They always have some excuse and don't actually care about the customer service or you after they get their money.

Would not recommend this builder. Home is less than a year old and none of the many issues have been covered by the one year warranty (was told it only covers electric and plumbing). Call not returned and submitting an online request is not even answered.
