If I could give a zero star rating I would. Poor customer service, the staff speak respectfully and they are nice but no follow up after a simple request, every time we call we are assured that they will follow up but we never receive any response. Our initial concern was simple, we left something very important in the unit we rented and didn’t realize it until we were hours into our drive home, we immediately called, we agreed to and paid the fee for someone to go get our item but no one looked for it and weeks later we are told that it is most likely in a housekeeping warehouse and they will call us back after they look for it. I have made nearly a dozen calls to the office and still haven’t been able to get someone to actually go look for it. Our family will not rent a vacation home fro

Worst rental experience I’ve ever been through. The vacation home we booked had occupants in it when we arrived. Completely stressed the whole vacation. No help with a place to store luggage while we waited; no help with transportation. The home they substituted was not oceanfront and had no accessories for trying to visit the beach. Would not recommend using this agency.

Worst so called mgmt ever dealt with. Advertised amenities that were not working when we arrived -two TVs were broken and washing machine didn’t work so since they would not provide us any towels we were not happy at all. They are horrible ! Stay away from! Vacasa!

Stayed at a property in downtown Charleston. We'llaintained and great location. All questions were answered and staff were helpful
