We stayed in 301. It was recently updated (appliances, granite tops, paint, etc), great ocean views, two private decks and everything you need for an extended stay. If you are looking for 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with a full kitchen, 50' from the beach, an ocean view then this is the unit for you. It's on the top floor (3rd) and there is an elevator from the garage to your unit.
Great beach to take the dogs. Be sure to observe hours that pets can can be on the beach. They are strict about it but have the pet's interest in heart.
We loved Folly Beach. Would have gave it 5 stars but it didn't have enough beach front hotel rentals.
Great vacation. Friendly community. Historic Charleston is five ***** all around.
