Before I met Yarhtib and the team from Florida, I had an awful experience due to a serious lack of communication with previous agent. From the start, it was difficult to get timely responses, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. Calls and emails would go unanswered for days, and I had to constantly follow up just to get basic information. Buying your very first home is exciting but it is already a stressful process, and the lack of clear, consistent communication made it even more challenging.
