We were selling a property but live out of state. I made a trip to Salt Lake and talked with three realtors. The first was very professional but when I told them we would wanted to make some improvements to the property they said they could refer me to a few contractors. Then next one was familiar with the area of our property but had never actually closed a deal on one close by. Joe met me at the property and did a complete walk thru pointing out a number of inexpensive ways to increase appeal and value.
