My bank account was compromised last October which could have been a disaster. Chris Merton was my banker and he was patient, knowledgeable and really helpful assisting me in getting back a functioning checking account. The process was long and frustrating for both of us, But Chris stayed the course until it was done. I am still working with him now and then, and he is always ready to help.US bank is lucky to have him as a banker.

I don’t bank with Us Bank but when every time I visit this location to take care of business the customer service is not professional. The atmosphere is not very welcoming.
