U.S. Bank Branch

A few days ago I went into this branch to learn an additional way to use my US Bank app. The teller who assisted me was excellent, start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location if you need help, as an older person like myself, with learning the technology that is available.

I went to withdraw money, and the bank had no funds. How is that even possible? They only gave me 30% of what I asked for — absurd!

This bank is the best bank in America! Not only is the staff super helpful, but the bank overall is better than any other national bank! They have branches all over the U.S. including San Francisco, CA which makes banking incredibly convenient while traveling. Additionally they don't nickel & dime customers like Chase Bank & Wells Fargo. So if you want a national bank this is the bank for you!

Never shovels their sidewalk when it snows. Super treacherous walking by. I politely asked them to take care of it and they flat-out refused. It's not the city's responsibility. It's the responsibility of the property occupant.

I just LOVE this place! They are so nice, helpful and friendly, and at the same time truly professional. The branch manager, Cole, set me up with everything I need and laid out a absolute plan for the future. Good advice and I felt taken care of by a friend. This was an awesome experience, and I'm not going anywhere else.
