Ursa Apartments

I applied for a place in January it took a while to see if I was approved, I decided to not take the place an I’m still waiting to receive my 500 dollars deposit back . I think this is so wrong I brought in a cashier check handed it to management personally now I’m told they will mail it back to me. Why can’t I pick it up like I brought it to you it’s going on 2 months now and I want my money. I guess I have to go to the bank to stop payment on the check, this is bad business why keep holding my money if I didn’t sign a lease ?

Best place to live hands down. Everything you read in the comments are all true. Everyone is given the same attention and their concerns are addressed very fast. Tanya and her coworker are very helpful. They made my moving process smooth. Good location Nice management team Clean apartments

Tanya has been the greatest property manager. Please don’t take her away😭😭, she treats everyone like family and is very easy going. She has been very helpful with very process down to the last detail. I would recommend her every time.

Tanya is absolutely amazing!! This review would NEVER be ENOUGH to express the amount of help that she has provided to my family on her short timing at Ursa. I wish there were more management employees like this. Upon meeting Tanya, she had a warm and inviting personality about her. She was very understanding and flexible with my situation. Due to unfortunate circumstances of a family death I fell into a bind. And Tanya was able to assist me with all the needs that I need PLUS SOME. Elliott is one of the best apartment managers i’ve ever met! He is genuinely great at his job. If you ever need anything Elliott will always help! He keeps our building organized and clean, we feel very safe living here. If i could give 10 stars it wouldn’t be enough!!!
