Tee helped me and was very helpful to me while I waited for my tour with Michael. She explained to me the requirements and let me know about the background checks they will do here. I took my tour with Michael and the tour went better than expected. He was super nice and respectful to me. I will be completing my application to live at this location for sure. Thank you

I want to give a shout out to Lorena, the assistant manager. Even though this building has mixed reviews, my experience with her has been genuinely positive. She’s prompt, communicative, and actually follows through. When I’ve had questions or issues, she’s been quick to respond and keeps me informed instead of leaving things up in the air. Her professionalism really makes a difference.

Wonderful to work with getting a lease. Tee was especially patient and gave all the information I needed up front and gave a nice human touch, which was extremely appreciated. I look forward to seeing my next steps here with them.
