After my short-term rental ended, she decided to keep 40% of my security deposit, taking advantage of the fact that I had moved out of state and we couldn’t coordinate a final walk-through. Throughout the process, she sent threatening emails, failed to provide any evidence for her claims, and delayed her responses for days — clearly trying to stretch the negotiation as long as possible. Do not rent from this company! They withheld a substantial portion of our security deposit for completely fabricated reasons. After we left the condo in pristine condition. As an example they charged us for wear and tear on a 50-year-old bathtub.( no kidding) They are completely unresponsive when you have a problem. It takes them days to return phone calls or messages.
