Oceana Key Biscayne Sales

August 2025 we rented unit 304 and less than 2 weeks later there was a massive leak from multiple places in the ceiling. A report identified visible mold in the ceiling. The unit next door was undergoing a total renovation due to a flood and I was told about several other major leaks during my time there. The building was replacing couplings and in the hallway by the service elevator when the ceiling tiles were removed rusty water was leaking in 4 places in a small area. If you are unfamiliar with Key Biscayne, it was infested with mosquitos and the beach smelled like sewer. The staff is great but I would stay away from this place build by an untouchable billionaire! We would never rent there and buying would be a HUGE mistake. The unit we rented is now for sale! Photos don’t show the

Theodore, an employee at Oceana, went above and beyond to show great service and help me with an issue near the property. He showed care and compassion to ensure my issue was resolved quickly. I cannot thank him enough.

Por no decir el mejor! Es uno de las mejores residencias de toda Miami no dudes en visitarlo y te percatarás de las maravillosas instalaciones q tiene! Muy buen Gym y áreas deportivas las áreas son increíblemente bien dotadas y mantenidas! La playa es un sueño hecho realidad y verás los más bellos amaneceres desde tu habitación que está dando de frente al mar de verdad q es un verdadero paraíso

muy dificil parqueos de los trabajadores ,no da ganas de dar servicio
