Urban Heights

The day I moved in the AC was broken. They had to put an AC unit in the window until they could have somebody come fix it. My cat escaped out the window due to maintenance not making it secure. Also, Maintenance would come into my apartment without consent. I had to buy a Latch for the inside. This was the first week of me living there. Fast-forward a few months in and some new tenants moved in. They would play their music all day and hang out in the hallway. I can guarantee you that they were selling drugs because cars would come and go while they were sitting outside all day, every day. They would fill up the hallway with smells of cigarette & weed smoke. Obviously, they were breaking their lease but sadly management did not care because they were getting paid. Also, I could not walk out

I moved in Labor Day weekend. We used to be under better management and that’s being generous. This new management is disconnected and unprofessional. We’ve been without laundry for almost an entire month now. The holidays are here and every is stressed. We have been given inconsistent communication about everything and the best they could do was $20 for the inconvenience. I’ll be saving to get out as soon as possible. Save yourself the money and sanity. Don’t do it

5 star location very clean location great amenities good wifi. Hot Water. Within walking distance of bars supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay again
