Hello everyone, I live in one of newest luxury apartments of “ Urban Equity properties “ in Rockford Illinois, I love my new apartment, it is so nice and so quit. What makes even much better is “ The Employees from the Manger “ TINA “ I wish k knew her last name “ She is the best a long with “ Lyndsey and andrew “ the construction manager “ he is always happy to talk to . I Can’t wait to renew my lease and I am looking forward to the new luxury apartments that will be finished on 2028/2029 on the old Rockford news tower. Shop around before renting from this slum company! Visiting family in the property next to the AX throwing business No up keep at all! I’m not impressed at all. They say there making the downtown better. That is by far True! . First the keys to the doors are horrible to open so difficult to turn key. Heavy Doors stick when trying to open. The hallways stink like a mold. There is a continue beeping on the first floor know 3 weeks since we’ve been here. Spoke to a-tenant who lives on the 1st floor that stated it’s been beeping for months. Front Entrance is not maintained at all there is cobwebs all over, windows are really dirty, front entrance stinks. In front entrance there is another continuous beeping. No air conditioning in hallways, work out area, stair wells or community room. Home

Communication is by far the worst part of this company. I moved into the Elgin Tower Building in August 2024 and was instantly disappointed. I came on the first day and the new property manager Felicia just handed me a set of keys and sent me on my way. No walk-thru, no explanation of what all these keys go to. Made it up to my apartment and it was disgusting. It’s clear the tenants before me were smokers as everything had just been painted. But every other surface- counters, cabinets, appliances- were covered in this yellow goop. I spent 3 hours cleaning the apartment before I could even begin moving stuff in. I’ve emailed Felicia so many times with zero response. I was promised a key fob for the building when I toured and when I picked up my keys, and I have yet to receive it. I’ve aske

I’ve been here two weeks and can’t get ahold of anyone. There is 0 communication and there was no power in any buildings due to them forgetting to pay the bill.

This joke of a company took over the Elgin tower, and they just can't seem to make anyone happy. I moved out a few weeks ago after we went almost a month without hot water and I haven't been to get in contact with the manager jennifer. It's been a few days now and she seems to be ignoring me. Can someone at this joke of a company please get in contact with me thank you.
