Rockford Community Bank

Ally has been working for Rockford Community Bank since I opened my account there. She has always been the nicest, helpful and polite person. She always remembers me by my first name and makes me feel like the most important customer. I have loved banking with them. I would give her more than 5 stars ⭐️ if I could. She is an absolute asset to the company. She is a role model that any employer would appreciate having.

I used to be a customer at chase and Pnc but the greatest decision was moving the Rockford Community bank. Brandie is the best banker I’ve ever done business with. Very helpful with all my questions,and the perks of being a member here is much better than those of big banks!!!!!!!

I walked in to open a new checking account and Brandie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the different accounts. She was personable and made you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

I was with Chase for the longest time, but moving over to Rockford Community Bank was a fantastic decision when I decided to change banks. They are very attentive and help you with whatever you have questions on. Unlike most banks, when you call, they actually answer the phone. No messing around with robots of any sorts. When you take cash out using the ATM, they reimburse whatever fee the ATM tried charging you with. I would recommend RCC to anybody even remotely thinking about changing banks. Very grateful I made the jump to RCC.
