Urban Bayou Apartments

These are the worse apts ever . ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE !! They had me and my family staying next to a man that would poop in the hall everyday . I told management about it and they never cleaned it up !!!!!! I had to clean it up every time !! The grounds are FILTHY and NASTY !!!!!! 🤢🤢 The hallways that leads to each apt is FILTHY and NASTY !!!!! The floors are literally BLACK FROM FILTH !!!! They ( office workers ) also broke into my apartment several times and STOLE FROM ME WHILE I WAS AT WORK !!!! I know because they were on camera !! The people in the office are THIEVES !!!! They don’t have a OVEN in any of the units !!!!!!! NO OVEN !!!!!!! IT WILL BE HARD FOR YOU TO PREPARE MEALS WITHOUT AN OVEN !!!! THEY ALSO HAVE RODENTS ALL OVER THE GROUNDS AND IN THE WALLS !!!!! THEY ALSO STEAL MON

Noise complaints through out the day and night rent office ain't doing anything about it. Bearly fix on anything but want rent money
