Uptown Villas

13102 N 20th street uptown Villas 22, do not rent from here its unsafe and dirty, theres MOLD and lead leaky pipes, and a huge RAT infestation. Ive only been here 3 months and knew from day one i had to move. Maintenance is extremely hard to get to fix anything and when they do its not really fixed. Ive havent had a working shower or toilet since day one it’s constantly backing up and getting clogged. I just want to leave with my deposit. I didnt breach the contract they did when they failed to provide a safe and healthy environment for their tenants. I should’ve never gave them a penny and I refuse to give them even one more. Moving ASAP

I am disabled the sewer system backed up flooded my apartment did not receive any help from to clean up the mess not even a wet vacuum. This occurred to two apartments. The property manager stated after he spoke to the plumber that it was a busted pipe he was unaware the plumber has spoken to me and advised that septic system need to been cleaned out.

When I first moved in Mrs Garcia was amazing and very helpful and understanding. They change up management so much it don't make no sense. The owner of the property doesn't care if you're going through something as long as you pay your full rent by the 5th I use to be able to make payments on my rent to catch up all of a sudden now that won't accept payments as they put it due to the pandemic being over and they never even sent out any type of letter or note specifing that. I really wish Mrs Garcia was still the manager here.

I love ms joanna garcia despite of how busy she was she always made time to make sure her tenants was taking care of everytime i needed something done around the house or any maintenance she made sure she did her reports n i appreciate her so much i love the way she run her office also keep her on the team thanks ms garcia

I'm just writing this because at my cousin Apt # 23 she been having problems with her A/C plus rats, roaches she call maintenance aswell office for assistance they keep hangup the phone no one be in the office.. Etc
