Uptown Palms Apartments

I just recently rented a property through Cicorra Cervantes at uptown palms, I can confidently say this has been the most pain-free and efficient experience i ever had. Cicorra processed my application quickly, was accommodating in arranging an inspection of the unit so i could be sure I was making the right decision, and her communication throughout was always polite, respectful, and prompt. Move-in was quick and easy no hassle what so ever. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to rent. Has one of the nicest and respectful property managers I’ve come across.

Been here Uptown Palms for about 2.5 years. It wasn’t the best at first, but since the new management company has taken over they’ve made so many improvements. They’ve remodeled, and are affordable. I’m literally close to everything I need. The new property manager (Ms.Cora) really listens and the maintenance crew is timely and efficient. Doesn’t look like much, but I like it here.
