Tamara at Uptown Apartments Ann Arbor is AMAZING!! Her knowledge and straightforwardness is what I APPRECIATE about Tamara SO MUCH! She is NOT pushy with selling units. But she leaves you with so much information and honesty that you leave WANTING to become a resident. Every unit shown to us was STUNNING! Unfortunately, the person who styled the units we saw has retired. But I have high hopes that their current interior designer will bring similar delightfulness in decor. If ever you are interested in renting spaces, Uptown Ann Arbor is the place to be; Tamara is THE person to work with!!

Overall, Uptown Ann Arbor is a beautiful, well-maintained property with modern amenities and a great location near Ann Arbor–Saline Road. The buildings and grounds are kept very clean, parking is organized, and the units themselves feel updated and spacious. The community feels safe and family-friendly. A special note for Tamara: Tamara has been exceptionally patient, professional, and helpful throughout the leasing process. She communicates clearly, explains policies thoroughly, and makes sure every step is easy to understand. Her responsiveness and positive attitude make a huge difference, especially during move-in planning.

I have lived at Uptown for about four years in two different units. It has been a great experience. Tyler and Tamara are friendly, approachable, and fast to respond to communication. From the start Tyler has been so helpful, and in particular when we wanted to move into a larger unit, he offered a showing and facilitated a move for us quickly and smoothly. We were also hoping for a garage in our building, and he went above and beyond to make that happen. Tamara has responded to my questions and technical issues with patience and perseverance. The maintenance team also deserves a shout out-they are responsive, helpful, and kind! The community is quiet, friendly, and a really nice place to live.
