This place is a scandal. I lived there for two years and moved out in July. On the day I left, the manager assured me that I had no outstanding balance, checked the apartment, and confirmed everything was in order, allowing me to leave. However, more than a month later, I received letters and calls from a debt collector stating that I owed University Square almost $3,400. I contacted Anthony Perez, who claims to be in charge (according to the Google review), and he assured me that he was investigating the situation. After that, I never heard back from him. This business is nothing more than a total scam factory. Upon moveout in 2023 these crooked human beings decided to put a negative inquiry against my credit because of the conditions of the unit I lived in in regards to the FCO billing me ($ 438) which also University Square lied numerous times in the move out statement saying that they had to do a heavy duty clean when in fact I have pictures to prove my unit was not in the condition they said it was. When i moved out the unit was cleaned out except for minor dirt on the walls and ceiling fan and dead roaches lying around in the cabinets. And speaking of roaches we did everything and I mean EVERYTHING in are power to rid the roaches ourselves and even requested help from management numerous times to rid our unit of roaches and their brill

The apartments are pretty nice it’s a pretty decent area to live in & the office lady Jennifer is really nice & helps with a lot with problems you have in your apartment or just with anything else, really easy going person & nice to talk with when you have any questions she very helpful
