UNIVERSITY RENTALS

With in the first 3 months I had already been threatened to be evicted if I was late by one day past their due date for rent. I was without ac for more than a month and they would not even consider comping even some of my rent for their lack of response on a critical maintenance issue. In the afternoon my apartment would be close to 100F. Some of the people in the office are lairs and the gm is not a nice person.

I lived in the apartment for 3 years and my experience has been chaotic. My apartment got flooded last summer and the people who worked in the apartment complex didn't do a great job. They didn't change the carpet, the only thing they used is a machine that sucked out the water. And all the mole that is left underneath the carpet and walls! But, the maintenance people never picked up for themselves and left the mess in the apartment!! The apartment also smelled like cigars by the way! Most of my shoes and my restroom mat were soaked with water! They were not going to take responsible on what happened and they were not going to pay for my personal items! The office people are not hospitable, lazy, and so unprofessional!

I love these people so much ive lived here for a year and i must say they have been a blessing. Im a single mom and without UR i wouldn't be where i am. I love how they help asap with any issues and are great at communicating and beyond respectful. Mainly love the all bills paid in the economy right now . 10/10 for price you cant beat it ♥️♥️

Lived here for a year, and they never got rid of the roach problem. Also claimed I didn't give them 45 days notice that I was moving out at the end of my lease despite the fact that I told them when they called me. I have no proof of that though so I guess I'm just out $150 for the deposit after spending two days cleaning everything. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Without these people I don’t know where I’d be! Me and my husband have been through it all while living here and had a baby! From the time we moved in they’ve been nothing but helpful. We’ve hit so many bad times and they’ve helped us around them all, always being understanding and helping out. Everytime I call for a work order they follow up the same or next day. Nothing bad to say about this company! They are so awesome. Got us to where we needed to be with their great prices and wonderful, understanding staff. Thanks!!
