University Pointe

I love living here. The building is really clean and secure. I love that there are study rooms where I can go off and study in private. The staff here really cares about you and help in all ways. On other hands the fire alarms are a little out of hand and the electric bill on top of what is included in our rent is crazy. I would also like for the pool to be open, so a life guard would be cool so I can hang by the pool. Other than that I LOVE IT here and I will be living here again next year(:

University Pointe is a great location on campus, and the apartments are worth the pay. There is a problem with the pricing going a little over at times, but it does stay in the range they advertise. It is also very safe and secure. The staff is friendly and are willing to assist you when you have a problem. Roommates are friendly, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend this on-campus apartment to fellow students who wish to find a better housing option.

By far the best thing about University Pointe is the location, right in the middle of campus. The building also has friendly staff and nice amenities in the rooms. But there are some drawbacks, namely the lackluster cell service in nearly all areas of the building and the open air hallways, which are not heated/air conditioned or closed off to the elements. Overall though, University Pointe is a good place for a student to live.

Unless you are truly desperate, DONT LIVE HERE. Yes the management staff is very nice and helpful and you couldn't ask for a better location on campus. But this place is terrible. I have lived here since August and I have had maybe 2 good experiences while living here. The fire alarms are beyond sensitive and go off multiple times a month for unnecessary reasons. The building in general was put together so fast that people installing the appliances did a horrible job. Our washer/dryer didn't have cold water, our dishwasher flooded our kitchen twice, our ice maker didn't work at one point, there is also no where to park when they said when we were signing our lease there would be close parking. You will get $600 worth of parking tickets if you live here. And the maintenance people SUCK. The

Right off the bat, I was helped and welcomed with open arms by the staff. Napoleon (the manager) was a great help through out my moving process. His always positive attitude reflects on his dedication of time and effort to University Pointe. I love living in this beautiful, state of the art facility. Highly recommended!
